Develops structure and directs daily operations for a comprehensive real estate services program by providing procedures, policies and tools for managing Advocate Aurora real estate. Thereby enabling sound decision making as to lease/ buy/ sell opportunities, lease management, real estate financial analysis and due diligence in addition to conducting strategic planning an
