This position reports to

IS Project Manager

Your role and responsibilities

Blue Yonder Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in configuring, customizing, and optimizing Blue Yonder solutions to meet business requirements
Stay current with the latest features, updates, and best practices within the Blue Yonder ecosystem
Provide guidance and support to the IT team on Blue Yonderrelated projects
IT Function Analysis: Analyze existing IT functions, systems, and processes to identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective IT solutions
Project Management: Lead or participate in IT projects related to Blue Yonder implementation, upgrades, and integration with other systems
Develop project plans, timelines, and resource requirements
Crossfunctional Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams, business analysts, and endusers to ensure seamless integration and functionality of Blue Yonder solutions
Collaborate with external vendors and consultants as needed
Troubleshooting and Support: Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for Blue Yonderrelated issues
Proactively identify and resolve potential system issues to ensure smooth operations
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes related to Blue Yonder solutions
Train endusers and IT staff on best practices and usage of Blue Yonder applications
Expected travel 25%

Qualifications for the role

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field with minimum 15 year experience as an IT Function Analyst with a focus on Blue Yonder solutions or equivalent experience
  • Blue Yonder certification(s) preferred
  • Experience with other relevant technologies such as ERP systems, databases, and middleware
  • Knowledge of industry best practices in supply chain and logistics
  • Indepth knowledge of supply chain management, planning, and logistics processes
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Project management experience and certification (example PMP) is a plus
  • Ability to adapt to a fastpaced, dynamic work environment
  • Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US
