The Role
We are looking for a successful Service Advisor who is a relationship builder at heart, with strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset that excels in a fast-paced and evolving organization. The Service Advisor will work closely with Managing Directors and Senior Wealth Advisors to strengthen the relationships and serve our clients. The service advisor will also have the opportunity to be the primary point of contact for a select group of clients. Our ideal candidate enjoys building meaningful long lasting client relationships and helping others achieve their goals, is coachable, has a willingness to learn, and consistently performs at a high level under variable workloads. What You'll Do

  • Maintain and expand existing client relationships
  • Support lead advisor, their clients and families through a variety of tasks
  • Conduct portfolio and planning reviews
  • Lead a first-class onboarding experience for new client relationships
  • Develop and deliver customized financial plans
  • Prepare investment proposals
  • Collaborate with COIs for enhanced client experience (e.g., Accountants, Attorneys)
  • Support our business development efforts
  • Adhere to and is knowledgeable of regulatory requirements

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years of relevant financial services experience
  • 5+ Years of professional work experience
  • Industry knowledge of different financial planning and investment concepts
  • Able to handle multiple undertakings at once, ranging from analytical to relational tasks
  • Team-oriented individual to support a growing advisory practice
  • Experience with Money Guide Pro, Black Diamond and Salesforce a plus
  • Securities representative licenses (Series 65 or 66)
