Summary of Responsibilities:

The intern will join the MGB Healthcare at Home digital team and work on various projects in support of Healthcare at Home. Among other projects going on currently: Home Care Clin doc / workflow optimization, Home Hospital Epic Build, and MGB <> Best Buy Current Health Care Orchestration co-development projects; Downtime Policy/procedure development. We will carve out specific projects/tasks for the intern to work on which provide real-world digital experience; we will also provide the intern shadowing opportunities with other MGB Digital teams to expose the intern to a variety of roles and career paths.

Ability to work in a team environment with limited direction / supervision.

Aptitude for digital work including discovery, analysis, troubleshooting, and problem solving.

Strong written and verbal communication, and presentation skills.

Experience with MS Office tools especially MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Experience with / exposure to EHR; and working in a health care environment / context preferred.
