Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Some key responsibilities of the Intern will include:

1. Project Planning: Assisting in the development of project (cut over) plans, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.

2. Team Coordination: Collaborating with team members to ensure clear communication, coordination, and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

3. Task Management: Tracking project tasks, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring progress to ensure timely completion of project milestones.

4. Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and other project-related documents.

5. Risk Management: Identifying and assessing project risks and issues and working with the project team to develop and implement mitigation strategies.

6. Stakeholder Communication: Facilitating effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and management, to provide project updates and address any concerns or issues

7. Quality Assurance: Ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards and conducting quality reviews to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies.

8. Budget Management: Assisting in monitoring project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring that project costs are within the allocated budget.

9. Change Management: Assisting in managing project changes, including scope changes, schedule adjustments, and resource reallocations, while minimizing the impact on project objectives.

10. Continuous Improvement: Participating in project post-mortem reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement in future projects.

Overall, the intern will play a critical role in supporting the successful execution of projects by providing administrative, organizational, and coordination support to the project team. They will contribute to the efficient and effective delivery of projects by ensuring that all project activities are well-coordinated, risks are managed, and stakeholders are engaged throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively in a high paced intense project setting.

Well organized and with a high attention to detail.

Ability to follow complex instructions.

Attention to detail required.

Interest in healthcare technology, quality assurance processes, and/or data integration.

Required Skills:

Project coordination experience or exposure

MSOffice (Excel, PowerPoint)
