Responsibilities:

MGB CP Digital is looking for an intern to assist in supporting some of our projects this summer including the onboarding of new users to Epic EHR and new Epic functionality throughout a variety of affiliate practices.
* Consolidating surveys/checklist responses and status updates onto project dashboards
* Confirming practice hours / user counts / other practice and user-level data
* Updating existing documentation and project tools to align with MGB branding guidelines
* Documenting feedback and follow-ups related to various meetings/events
* Assisting in organizing and tracking our outstanding projects
During this internship, you will learn how a community-based IT department of a hospital system works in conjunction with other departments throughout the organization.
Along with the required skills listed at the end, the ideal candidate has an interest in project management, strong organizational skills, a passing understanding of the components of information technology services.

Qualifications
  • Proficient Microsoft Excel skills are required
  • Currently enrolled in undergrad or graduate degree program
  • Proficient Microsoft PowerPoint skills are required
  • Strong communication skills: phone, Zoom, email, etc.
    * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    * Attention to detail and organizational skills
    * Ability to work independently and with a team
