You would be responsible for IT IAM Authorization implementation and support; ensuring all stakeholders stay connected. Smithfield Foods, Inc. is looking for a highly motivated and experienced IAM Authorization Manager to lead and coordinate day-to-day application security and access management design, implementation, configuration, and administration of Smithfield's applications as well as provide production support and project support. Success in this role requires the ability to collaborate at multiple levels IT and business units, the ability to weigh risk against the impact to business operations and proven technical access management experience for a rapidly growing organization.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manages authorization processes and resources for SAP (ECC, BW, TM, GRC, Solution Manager, GTS), Blacksmith, Anaplan and other applications.

  • Leads and provides guidance on authorization projects.

  • Develops, reviews, and maintains strategic and tactical initiatives to reduce risk, increase usability and operational effectiveness.

  • Creates and enforces authorization policies.

  • Creates and maintains documentation.

  • Serves as the subject matter expert, by maintaining technical expertise, relevant industry standards and best practices in authorization technologies.

  • Collaborates with other cybersecurity teams to manage security threats and response capabilities.

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field and 5 years relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience, required.

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a position of leadership to include team development and management, required.

  • CISSP, CISM or equivalent security certification preferred.

  • Experience in managing SAP authorization processes and projects.

  • Self-driven, autonomous and can contribute to the strategy and roadmap of the IAM team.

  • Advanced documentation, prioritization, and analytical skills.

  • Ability to handle proprietary and sensitive information in a confidential manner.

  • Proven ability to execute multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.

  • Experience working in a multinational company with complex integrated environments in Information Technology (IT). Experience in Operations Technology (OT) desired.

  • Broad and deep knowledge of business, technology/IT and cybersecurity technologies and approaches.

  • Hands on role working directly with business and technology teams to integrate security into current and new capabilities.

  • Ability to exert intellectual, emotional, and political influence as the situation demands and influence without authority.

  • Must be able to operate at the detail level as well as effectively with senior leaders.

  • Ability to be respectful, approachable and team oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work.

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Directs and manages a team including their career and competency development.

  • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

  • Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

  • Occasionally required to stand; walk; and reach with hands and arms.

  • Regularly required to talk and hear.

  • Frequently required to sit and use hands to finger, handle, or feel.

  • Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.

  • Although most of the work will be performed in an office environment, must be able to visit and work in a plant, warehouse, distribution center or other manufacturing facility.

Salary Range

$104,000.00 - $155,750.00
