RIOT Club Assistant Coach Position Title: Research Investigators of Tomorrow (RIOT) Club Assistant Coach Reports To: Director of Science Position Summary: Supervisor of RIOT Club student members and assistant sponsors Responsibilities: ? Communicates with RIOT Club Assistants and student members ? Leads activities for Riot Club meetings ? Organizes & prepares for RIOT Club meetings ? Takes attendance at RIOT Club meetings ? Advertises RIOT Club meetings ? Promotes student involvement in science fair and provide assistance/mentoring to students conducting research ? Participates in the science fair as a judge or other necessary positions ? Increases STEM Lab accessibility for student researchers and supervise students at IJAS science fairs. Skills: Experience with scientific research, science fair participation, discipline specific equipment knowledge and statistical analysis. Calendar: School Year Calendar Hours Per Week: Averages to 2-3 hours per week. Building: North & West Performance Evaluation: Performance of this job will be evaluated in accordance with provisions of the District evaluation procedures.
